Legal form of the cooperation

The cooperation of the Partners within the project is not an independent legal entity. The scientific cooperation shall not establish a relationship under company law or similar, or an association or similar. No cooperation partner is entitled to represent other individual cooperation partners or all of the cooperation partners jointly vis-à-vis third parties.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation pursuant to Section 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act [Telemediengesetz, TMG]. However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 TMG, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation shall remain unaffected by this. However, we can only assume liability in this regard from the time we are made aware of a concrete infringement.
