Andreas Schierenbeck

Andreas Schierenbeck is CEO of Hitachi Energy and co-founder of HH2E AG. Prior to joining Hitachi Energy and HH2E, he served as CEO of Uniper SE from 2019 to March 2021. He began his entrepreneurial career at Siemens in 1992, where he held various management positions in Germany and abroad until 2012, including Head of the Building Technologies North and South America division, before serving as CEO of ThyssenKrupp Elevator from 2013 to 2018.
Andreas Schierenbeck holds a university degree in electrical engineering and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School. He was born on January 14, 1966, in Hohen-Neuendorf near Berlin.
